DRUUMM is a volunteer-led organization, with a Steering Committee elected by DRUUMM members at the annual meeting.  Terms are 3 years, staggered.  Each Steering Committee member has a working portfolio.  The Executive Committee meets monthly via teleconference, at General Assembly, and as needed.    Steering Committee meeting scheduled is being reassessed.
